The Edge
The Edge is an impossibly large promontory hanging out over a void of nothingness, a black expanse to which few dare travel, and from which none have returned. Thanks to this, and the Twilight Woods, those born in the Edge are likely to spend their entire lives there. It is a large and beautiful wilderness, full of magic and monsters. Airships, powered by floating stones, can constantly be seen passing through the sky above. The Edge is a land of impossible phenomena and treacherous wilds, a land where one could find riches beyond their wildest dreams, or be faced with imminent death without a second’s warning. A land such as this breeds adventurers, brave folk who protect the settlements of the Edge and journey forth into the more dangerous parts to bring what little peace they can to the world. For all it’s dangers and deadliness, the Edge is a bountiful, beautiful, and prosperous place. And it’s the place you all call home.
