Santuvèrnè is currently a sanctuary for The Gifted, run by the Befégifé, and is unknown to most people, and if Gifted need to find it, The Befégifé army sends 4 Gifted to pick them up. It's full of Gifted and their non-Gifted family when they flee Act 11123. Only the Generals and totally trusted individuals know where Santuvèrnè is located.

Demographics

There are the Gifted and Non, they pretty much live in harmony but the Gifted get more jobs like the army or specialized jobs related to their powers.

Government

The city is run by the Befégifé army, and primarily by Victoria Venus. They do not tax the people, and they receive most of their money from raids and attacks.

Defences

Santuvèrnè has a Gifted army called the Befégifé always guarding the settlements. Even then, most of the residents are Gifted and can protect themselves against any outside forces.

Industry & Trade

Some of the Gifted have shops and do trade just between themselves. They are completely dependent on themselvs.

Natural Resources

They live right next to a salt lake, which greatly helps their economy. They are also completely surrounded by forest where they collect wood.
