The Elder Expanse

The Elder Expanse is made up of multiple conflicted lands.
Those of Elderhaven, North Sword Coast and Gurnruhm recognize the Expanse and its rule by the Emperor; those outside of those regions do not.
Elmwood Grove , or rather those inhabiting it, give no preference for or against, and instead keep themselves away from conflicts wherever possible.
Those of Evereska, Vomar, Drakkenbone , Springglen, and %Unknown Locale 11% do not recognize the Expanse, nor its rule by the Emperor.
