Dream of the Blue Veil
You and up to eight willing creatures within range fall unconscious for the spells’ duration and experience visions of another continent on Nirn, such as Atmora, Akavir, Yokuda, or Aldmeris. If the spell reaches its full duration, the visions conclude with each of you encountering and pulling back a mysterious blue curtain. You and the creatures awake with you mentally and physically transported to the place that was in the visions.
You and the creatures with you then spend up to one day in that place, or until you long rest. At which point each of you reawaken in the place you orginally cast the spell, having recieved a long rest and no time having passed beyond the duration of this spell. The spell then ends.
Any weapons, equipment or loot you lose while in the other place will not be with you when you wake up. Any weapons, equipment or loot you gather in the other place will remain with you when you wake up. However if any of you die while in the other place, no changes to your original weapons, equipment or loot will have taken place. You will still be dead, however no mortal wounds or missing limbs will be present. As if you simply died in your sleep at some point during the night.
To cast this spell, you must have a magic item that originated on the continent you wish to reach, and you must be aware of the continent’s existence, even if you don’t know the continent’s name. Your destination in the other continent is a safe location within 1 mile of where the magic item was created. Alternatively, you can cast the spell if one of the affected creatures was born on the other continent, which causes your destination to be a safe location within 1 mile of where that creature was born.
The spell ends early on a creature if that creature takes any damage during casting, and the creature isn’t transported. If you take any damage during casting, the spell ends for you and all other creatures, with none of you being transported.
