Borealis Nightclub

A new nightclub has risen to popularity among the citizens of Apollo City and it's name is Borealis. Nestled into the better part of the city's downtown, the club is neatly fitted into a modern two-story structure with its first floor being a wide open dance area surrounded with lush booths and tables, moving up to the second floor one will find private lounges for VIPs and parties as well as a restricted area that acts as the office of the Club's owner and overall manager that's known mostly as The King in Black.   Both floors have fully staffed bars stocked with almost any kind of alcoholic beverages one might desire from simple beers to bubbly champagnes and potent liquors, though be wary, their prices scale accordingly. Of course like any club it's home to a variety of cocktails and other mixed drinks from all across the globe, though there are two specialties that have been created by said King in Black himself: the Midnight Aurora and the New Elysium. They are a bit pricey, but well worth the try. The club also serves various foods, though nothing too heavy as to keep the guests from getting too fatigued.     The Borealis' most notable feature has to be it's lighting, trailing throughout the various areas of the club with an almost living presence. It seems to shimmer and fade with the music's tempo as it too dances across bodies and surfaces producing varying effects akin to hypnotism or even hallucinations. Some would blame drinks but even the sober have seen it from time to time. As far as it's known this poses no ill effects other than disrupting one's perception of time.     On the more technical side, the club hosts DJs on weekly rotations to keep its atmosphere fresh and exciting, professional dancers occupy pedestals that shift throughout the club as the changes occur and the Borealis has exceptionality well trained security as well as superior cameras and sensors to make sure unwanted guests don't disrupt everyone's good times.
