Cryovein The White Dragon

Cryovein The White Dragon A.K.A Toblen Stonehill, Proprietor of Stonehill Inn in the small town of Phandalin. The Dragon can freely shapeshift between his Dragon and human forms. No one but the party and now Sir Archibald Shellington 17th has any knowledge whatsoever that he is a dragon. Everyone seems to think he is a humble tavern owner, and everyone seems to like him. He has killed your friend NyQuilus in cold blood and promptly flown towards the mountain due east of the Shrine of Savaras carrying a large bell from the Shrine. That was the last you saw of him until the party returned to Phandalin after encountering Gorthok the Thunder Boar. After investigating his then tavern yet again, they find Toblen happily serving drinks to soldiers in the inn who, at the time, are preparing to transport the people of Phandalin to the nearby keep of Axeholm to protect them from Cryovein the Dragon. Little do they know that they are being served drinks by that very Dragon; when the party speaks with Cryovein, they are threatened with impending doom should anything with the situation in Phandalin change, all due to Davren supposedly stealing Cryovein's Dragon egg from him.
