Lord Osim Inlyrian is stern and at, times, judgmental man who believes that family and blood should always come first. He is known to be fairly righteous and holds most folks to his own standards which are a high bar. He is always careful around his neighbors after learning his lesson during the final days of the Strife when they lost some lands. It is widely known that Lord Osim took the death of his wife very hard and became a near-recluse and let his lands dwindle and suffer under neglect.
