The Death Of King Thyaras

In -156BL, King Thyaras leads a punitive campaign against Cuthaer. With vessels purchased from Aenar he boards at the Finger Coast and crosses the Dawn Strait. The campaign suffers from raids and ambushes in the thick trees of the Cuthwold. Pushing further in search of Cuth settlements, the King is ambushed and mortally wounded. He loses Vorphael, the blade of his father, and dies as his Companions attempt to get him back to the shoreline. He manages to pass on his wish that Moralei, his half-sister of the line of Rhuanon, act as guardian for his children and the kingdom.
