Valhakar

The leader of a NOTHRIMI over-clan, a Valhakar is more than a chieftain or clanhead amongst the NOTHRIMI. A Valhakar possesses near-complete authority over the clan, its assets and its offensive/defensive power. A VALHAKAR is elected in a similar method as that used in a Rhonish SUCCESSION CRISIS. The voting members of the clan are the only ones allowed to speak or interact with the candidates during such proceedings which can take up to an entire moon.
