The Leyline of Earth

Within the Jagged Peaks mountain range lies the Leyline of Earth. The peak stands out as a natural wonder for anyone brave enough to venture the range in search of it.

Far within the range through uncountable passes is a singular towering peak, far above any other in the entire range. This amazing mountain at it's peak has a rift that travels deep into the earth, far below even the same mountains foot, and is thought to contain innumerable ores of great quality.

Purpose / Function

This leyline possesses a strong tie to the Word of Power: Shapeshift. Those with the divinity find that they may perform miracles of the Word, while those already attuned to the Word find their ability to use them strengthened. Others with an affinity for the earth and it's treasures are drawn to explore such a place.

History

At the beginning of the era, when the world was created, it was said that a divine figure used their great powers to bind this power to the world. The divine then shaped it to their will, and it reached for the sky pulling the treasures of the earth with it.
