Iztivye

Little is known about the Iztivye people, hailing from the temperate lands across the seas to the North. Only brave, long-distance traders deal with them regularly, and they share tales of a harsh-yet-warm people who are fiercely nationalistic, deeply welcoming to outsiders and keen to share knowledge of the world. Despite this, few have left their homes in the north to travel to the Qi Empire.
