Qi Kingdom

Prior to the ascent of the Qi Empire in around 14 Empyrean, the Inner Empire was under the dominion of a feudal kingdom known as the Qi Kingdom. With the execution of the Empyrean Mandate and the subjugation of the Naxans, the Kingdom was reorganised into an Empire under the direction of Emperor Tien Haian.
