Malakar rarely meets with customers himself, he employs a staff of shop assistants, artificers, scribes, magical scholars, and security to interface with his clientele directly.

Malakar Sadim's loyal bodyguard is an imposing, magically animated golem known as "Ebon Sentinel." Standing at an impressive 7 feet tall, the Ebon Sentinel is constructed from obsidian-like enchanted stone, intricately carved with runes and symbols that bestow it with its formidable powers. Its glowing, azure eyes radiate with a keen intelligence that belies its inanimate appearance.
