The Gerudo's get a vision from the Sage of Spirits and the Goddess Din to destroy the Majora Worshippers in Ikana. They call for a Spirtual war uniting all of the Gerudo desert against Ikana They failed due to the Ikanans ability to raise dead in a matter of seconds
Stone Tower temple is build on the Spirit Rift linking Termina and the Mortal Realm together. It is guarded by Majora's creations and only those who are worthy can travel through it. Majora's followers have to make a pilgrimage to it once in their lifetime.

The Hylians attacked the Gerudo the Gerudo out of panic ran west encountering the Kingdom of Ikana. They saw it as an invasion so the Kingdom of Ikana declared war on the Gerudo. The Gerudo fought the Ikanans the Hylians rode into the battle with their knights charging both the Gerudo and the Ikanans this made the Kingdom of Ikana declaring war on the Kingdom of Hyrule The Kingdom of Hyrule had a deal with the Kokiri and the Gorons if any of these would be attacked that they would help each other. So the Gorons and Kokiri declared war on The Kingdom of Ikana. The Kingdom of Ikana bribed the Zora into attacking the Gorons by promising 100 tons in Gold and Rupees. Something the Zora needed thanks to their civil war. The Gerudo saw the Gorons and Kokiri helping out Hyrule and decided to declare war on them as well. In the east The Empire of Labrynna struggles with civil war while their colonies cut off Hylian colonies letting them starve to death. To the West the Ancient Kingdom of Ikana long thought to be in their long rest march out of their tombs constructs giant statues reawakening marching to the Gerudo Kingdoms to prevent any potential Hylian-Gerudo alliance. In the Forest The Peaceful Kokiri a spirited people now ready for battle, They are a people of song and sword and refuse to bend their knees to no man Hyrule a nation suspicious of its neighbors a Hylian warrior never sleeps though he dreams of conquest. They are proud of their Kingdom having conquered half the continent. This will change soon. They wish to drive the Kokiri into the sea To the South the Gerudo Kingdoms ride to battle on their steeds into Hyrule slaughtering their sorcerers ride west to conquer Ikana once and for all and close the spirit rift To the North the Gorons work night and day making war machines and weapons to destroy their Zora rivals and save the Kokiri The Zora's a small proud nation to the North east they wish for more wealth the Hylians promised them pieces of land if they attacked the Gorons and Kokiri. The Secians in the far West ride into battle against the Undead Ikanans while sending Wizards to support Hyrule. This might be the beginning of the end, The Gohma have reawoken raiding Hylian villages and helping their Kokiri cousins. There are many more factions that are involved in this war. Many see this as the beginning of the end times for the world we know
