Session 4

I awake hanging over a cliff tied to a rope. Next to me is a plain-looking dwarf with a fluffy beard with slightly combed back hair. The dwarf informs me we have been taken by the great worm tribe and they plan to sacrifice us at midnight which is in 3 hours. He introduces himself to me as Marthumar aka the god we're looking for. He tells me he was trying to avoid society. I wiggle out of my restraints and make my way over to a tent where I can see a barbarian sleeping and holding my lute. I execute him in his sleep after crawling over to his tent and quickly kill his friend next to him. I grab my things and a songbird belonging to Marthamur. I free Marthamur and return his songbird to him. Ravi makes us invisible with his familiar and we leave the camp. Marthumar accepts the invitation and tells us that he knows the location of the next god. The goddess of misfortune Beshaba is in Luskan. Marthumar heads off on his pet roc and we head to Luskan. We get to Luskan and I take the party to the one-eyed jaxs. Selena tells me she hasn't asked Jarlaxle about the book yet but he's in Luskan. I leave to find him. I get to the entrance to Jarlaxles hideout and see a bunch of thugs try to break in. As they are about to break open the door it magically opens. I enter stealthily behind them and as they enter jarlaxles bedroom we are all blinded as the walls show the horizon. Jarlaxle comes down and quickly dispatches them. We catch up I tell him what has happened and he informs me that my brother was seen giving the tax book to someone wearing a hood. Jarlaxle gives me a mission to find a dead orphan that has risen from the dead. The orphans' name was Halistra Luskan he tells me to start with her grave and the orphanage. Me and Jarlaxle head over to the one-eyed jax and go with the party and Selena into a back room with a round table. She places the demon book on the table and states that we can begin the ritual. The party introduces itself to Jarlaxle. The ritual begins we hold hands and after some chanting our vision goes dim. We see a Quasit in a cave next to a Balgura. It says that their lords are gone. Two other demons say the blood war is on hold. A human and a demon are talking about the caravan we found. Jarlaxle says that the men in his room were questioning him about his bond and trying to buy it. The demons said a word he couldn't understand. The human talking to the demon says he has his best man looking for his caravan. We go to the grave and find a set of muddy foot prints. The tracks are 1 and a half weeks old and lead us to the southern edge of the city where there is a circus. Lez almost gets grabbed and runs after the man who tried to grab him. We chase him into a house around the corner. The cloaked man says we didnt accept the invitation and cuts of his hand and throws it at us. He tells me that my brother is going to get killed in 18 seconds by the bell in the winter palace. We run lez gets their first and frees him saving his life. We have a tense reunion he tells me the man he gave the book to threatened his life and thats why he returned it. He says captain dockread made the copy and I should ask him if I want to know more. We head back to the footprints and head to the circus. We see a dwarf drag a girl by the ears a girl that matches the description of the girl were looking for. Banyl the dwarf says the girl poisoned the clown, and cut the ropes of the acrobats. I notice that she did do it when I insight check her. The dwarf mentions that misfortune followed after she appeared. We immediately figure its Beshaba. She tells us that she knows where Malor and the Mask are. Malor is in the trollbark forest. The mask is in Mithdranor.

Session 3

We decide to go to the inn “Moon, Wine and Shine”. We got 1 room for 4, the cheapest one, for 2 dragons (2 gold) paid by lez. After a pleasant sleep we all wake up to receive some kind of mental Illness Lez gets depression= disadvantage on str. Dex. con. Saves Allegro feels gnawing insanity = dis. Concentration checks Ezekiel the paladin got (insert condition here) = cant benefit from party buffs. Ravi (failed? Rolled a 22…) (insert condition) = (insert effect) We were all targeted by something separately, we arent sure what it is.     It is now early morning 4am-ish. Religious event is today at 12 midday. We head outside, to the farm of the guy we met before. He is no where to be seen, but his door knob is bloodied. Inside there seemed to have been a fight, there is a broken window.   We head down the well which leads to a larger cavern with the mythril and two bloodied individuals, both claiming the other is a monster and that we should kill them. Both seemed genuine in their plea for help. Ravi checks with his rapier if Iran can get cut by non silvered weapons, he cant. A fight breaks out, but Ezekiel finished the already damaged Iran in one swift strike, his smite seemingly We kill Iran. The farmer Angus confesses then that he also is a werewolf, and that Iran dragged him here to finish him.   The ring Iran had was magical In Elvish on the outside its written Taern “Thunderspell” Hornblade “bind beast with man - malar” is written on the inside Malar is the god of the hunt.   For giving Angus 10 gold for treatment at the temple against lycanthropy, Allegro got an inspiration.   Lez finds 3 silver on the floor.   We return to the wife of Iran and inform the husband died.   Lez cheats at dice to make 10 dragons. Ravi performs on his drums, not a great performance earning a couple glint (copper) Allegro checks in on our abyssal scrying friend who cant read abyssal so she is leaving to find someone who can. The religious event beings, there are only 9 people excluding us. There is a woman presenter wearing some kind of religious robe. Mother Dyana, “the rumours are true the gods have abandoned us! Perform the ritual!” Verse 4 chapter 1 “for only the lost will find the shepherd.” The ritual consists of giving all your weapons, money and extra clothes.   Ravi and Allegro go inside. Inside a large humanlike man who radiates energy, claiming to be the son of Torm. He springs wings when asked by Allegro to display his divinity.   We identified the items from Granny Goodheart, we come to the conclusion they are cursed giving us depression, and she is most likely a hag. We head to her hut, her dragonborn son is also there , Klal Ral. We greet her.   We met a Water Djin at the place to collect the lilies, we gave   A whisper was heard on the way back from the forest “ “I dance and i breathe, but i live not nor do i have limbs or lungs At first the party things   The bush reveals a statue   Maegra the inferno is a resting volcano. Dwarven city uses it for power.   “You will find the dwarf god on his path to the lurkwoods.     We beat the shit out of the hag while she grovelled and used shield spell.   4 Days of travel towards Lurkwood. We notice 4 Caravans in a circle next to a river. The bandits there seemingly killed each other. Ulbrinter family forged documents, Waukeen Trade symbols on the boxes.   Grenade with a darkling inside of it, works like a flash by killing the darkling who upon death flashes.   Another box reveals a famous forged painting.   Next box opened by Ezekiel has a bunch of   After mustering the courage to open a box, we found a blue breath bond. We would need to look at candlekeep or in waterdeep.   Great worm tribe attacks us in the forest. They relocated, but there were rumours of a primal part of the tribe which stayed in this location.

Session 2

We find ourselves in the middle of some woods after our teleportation which is odd as were supposed to be in Silverymoon. I climb to the top of a tree to gather our bearings and figure we are in the forest west of silverymoon and we decide to head east to get on the road where we can head north to silverymoon.   As we head north on the road Lez spots an earthmote he notices that on the top of it there is a small chest. We make camp before deciding on how to acquire the loot in the chest. After using mage hand to get some rope onto the earthmote Lez climbed up. After a short while, we saw Lez again except he threw himself off the mote and attacked us after getting up. After fighting off a possessed Lez and exorcising the ghost I climbed up and investigated the chest. Inside were severed hands with writing on them (insert writing here). I now hear a voice in my head that narrates.   After we rest Hilmar collapses with two bite marks on his foot we carry him and move on to silverymoon. As we approach silverymoon we hear screaming coming from the forest. A man with long blonde hair comes out of the woods and collapses with two bite marks on his hands. He is a guard of silverymoon called Leomund roughmane. We chase the snake deeper into the forest and I manage to dispatch it with a dagger. It decomposes incredibly quickly leading us to believe it's magical. With this information, we head to Silverymoon.   We arrive at the outskirts of silverymoon where we talk to a commoner he tells us of wolf attacks and that outsiders aren't really welcome at the moment. I give him a gold coin and heal his injury. As we reach the gates of Silverymoon Leomund regains consciousness and tells us that his bloodline has a trait that makes him less susceptible to certain damages and he also told us that there's a woman called grandmother Goodheart that can help with medical problems. He went into the forest to look for a missing watcher. As we walk through Silverymoon we see an illegal poster talking about a god called Obedience. An Elven woman asks us for help to find her husband. We make it to Goodheart she cures us of our curses and deals with the snake's venom. She informs us that she has met Marthammor Duin and will tell us where he went if we get her, her lilies from the evermoor. We agree and then head to an inn to rest a little.   After we head to the elven womans home and investigate her missing husband. We find plans that show the Mithril can be reached through some wells in and around the city. As we head to a well close to the commoners home who we met earlier we meet a gypsy who I give a gold piece she tells us that there is a book in the library that she wants that would let her scry on demons but its incredibly expensive. I use suggestion to make the librarian give us the book for a greatly reduced price. Lez gets attacked and knocked out but Leomund steps in and saves him. We give the book to Selena the gypsy and she starts reading it.

Session 1

Mayor of Secomber hinted very much on the death of the hobgoblins   Were raided on the 1st of the 1st and are quite angry   Goal: investigate why it happened + kill the nuisance/prevent it (kill is preferred)   “Ending the raids of Secomber Secomber has gathered 200gp for anyone who deals (preferably kills) the hobgoblins that raid and pressure Secomber. They have been sighted attacking from the High Moor and are probably making camp around the mid northern section of the dangerous lands.”     Players: Dwarf has a massive hammer, armour covered in spikes - a mohawk.   Hobgoblin with an amulet of torm, classic but very dirty chainmail.   Elf has long white hair, white eyes - markings around his face as well as a tattoo around his neck of a cat bite. And a lion amulet.   Tabaxi is black with a mask over the face   Short well dressed man with a goatee and wavy curly brown hair   Hobgoblins, trolls and wolves populate the high moor. Its a mixture of swamps --------------------   5th of the first 1491 is the current date.   Mother Teresa come up and asks us for some help finding her son billy the bucket man. He is a 20 year old who is a useless member of society, a fireman for a town which is known for not having fires. We agree, offer her to drink some of the dwarves ale to drink her sorrows away.   We look for clues and follow the footsteps and get busted in the highmoor 3 days into our travel.   An attempt to blend in was made but failed by our hobgoblin and disguised bard. However combat ensues cause the party was battle hungry. So tabaxi sniping from the tree, the blade singer being immortal, barbarian rushing in hammering and hitting with his chest, the paladin waving around one tapping blindly, and the bard banening and mockery.       A logbook from a hobgoblin reveals that they were professional heisters. They were raiding the tradeway previously. They were attacked by a great magic force. They are not the only hobgoblins migrating.   “Curious events in Dragonspear Castle Powerful magic in Dragonspear Castle seemingly caused the raiders to have changed their prey. You were only promised the payment of Secombers mission, if you truly investigate every detail behind the new threat. Only once you can understand (and stop) the real reason why these raiders relocated may you receive full compensation.”     “Look, whatever your name is… COCK! I dont know what hobgoblins call their children.” - half elf bard Hobgoblin confused. Interrogation turns to bargaining. Eventually we start getting answers.   Dognid is the little goblin who turned himself invisible, he was probably heading to orgath.   We decide to travel to dragonspear where things were sus.   There is a terrain change after 5 days - 1 mile radius within dragonspear there is an extreme terrain change, storm clouds, lava, eldritch looking energy in the sky.   Billy can talk again! But he doesnt remember anything from before his kidnapping. Tartuchio the carpet seller is now his knew identity we sold to him, cause he didnt remember xD   There are many illusions, suching as flaming balls going towards us trying to scare us.   We see a creepy smiley face humanoid as we got closer was on the balcony. “Prepare to die”   Bard and Paladin trigger the trap at the front door which is a wall of fire, this did quite a bit of damage. Then we entered the castle from the side hole which we had spotted previously.   The first hallway we take leads to a water illusion trap which after the barbarian hit the door disappears. Fake trap , but still scary.   A spooky lion thats an illusion appears later in the hallway, after pouncing on the half elf bard who didn't get scared, it dissipated.   Spooky fake skeleton coffin.   We walk past a kitchen looking room, assuming its an illusion without investigating it any further. Boss battle in the throne room which also has double doors leading to wall of fire from the beginning.   [Insert fight here]   A soothing voice tells us to stop combat after a long battle with twists and turns. Enchantingly beautiful women with raven hair and purple eyes walks in from a balcony.   She introduces us to the kobold who was on stilts under the white cloak. The kobold is praying and smiles. His name “Qe Revnan”   “My name is leira and i am the goddess of deception.” “Taurel is in great danger.”   The time of troubles history lesson followed. Three gods tried to steal the tablets of fate. Then AO got upsetti spaghetti.   Divine 9 under suspicion because of a stolen pure ruby type kinda thing.   People got gifts based on chess pieces. Pawn, Knight, Queen, Rook, Bishop. (that's also the order they were picked in)   Allegro Allegretti the Bard: got stuck with the bishop as the last person   Dack Jugger Barbarian: Got the rook   Lez Zat Rogue/Monk: picks the pawn:   Ravi(oli) wizard: picked the queen   Dwarven God marthemur ruin, god of travel. Was around Silverymoon on the map. Far away from us.   We get teleported away.
