Seven is a gnomish merchant from , known for selling marginally magical items for extortionate rates.

Description

A short and fairly old looking gnome with straggly grey hair and wide frantic eyes. He always wears several layers of travel clothing and wears goggles on his forehead at all times.
When talking, he often flips between overconfidence and doubt in his products, but he is often able to latch onto a customers desires and market towards it.
He is a tinkerer, but buys most of his wares for cheap from arcane practitioners elsewhere. 

Relationships

Outside of his customers, he isn't seen interacting with anyone else. Frequent customers include Imorah Rakan of The Storms Ward
