Clayton

Although the city of Sungear is the largest and the government center, it would be possible without the Clayton taking their first step. Calyton is located far away from Sungear, with Obsedia in bwtween. Throughout the republic history, the place was the first city ever to be considered industrialized.

Infrastructure

Many buildings are made out of red bricks and stones. They are either recently built or the old ones standing for hundred years. The stone paved within the city center and the asphalt road on the suburban. The factory from the early day can be seen these days.

History

The city used to be a small village, settling on the clay-riched area where the name came from. The purpose of this place is because nearby there is a mountainside riching in coals.

Mines can be found normally during the early days but it's ineffective and hazardous, as the mine was fequently flooded. It came with the solution when the first commercial steam engine was invented and used here to pump up waters inside those mines, which had been developed into further important inventions such as ships, trains, and factories - located in most of the town. People began to come back and forth to the Sungear, bringing industrialization everywhere.

Nowadays the city of Clayton is now one of the industrial complexes. Plenty of manufacturers produce the various industrial components, mostly associated with transportation such as aircraft and locomotives.

The Clayton House

The colonial-style residential place of the first governor Michael Clayton. Born in a Sungish upper-class family, he dedicated himself to the city's growth by funding all interesting projects.

Tourism

The city of Clayton can be visited via highway and the ARIS, the grand railway built around the country. It would take around 3 hours to arrive at the destination.
