Gal Elchin
The former ambassador to Occulan and a seasoned Hobgoblin warrior.
Gal Elchin was one of the many hobgoblin warriors who took part in the great revolution. The day that he was required to kill the royal family was the most important day of his life as he met and fought a Yuan Ti woman who would later become Sorqaqtani's mother.
Tragedy befell Elchin when he was forced to execute his wife to appease the inquisition. This would forever put him in secret conflict with the Empire and the Hobgoblin Khan as he raised his daughter to become a strong and skilled warrior with knowledge of what he believed to be the true Hobgoblin way.
When she was old enough, Elchin was quick to pass on his position to his daughter and send her away so he could exact his revenge
