Shervken

The Shervken are small avian-like humanoids. They were called Anas (Ducks) at first, but they tend to despise that name. They were the theocratic civilization of Ovok, one of the empires that at first rivaled Gaira, but ended up becoming vassals of Sol, the main rival of Gaira. After eons of rivalry between Gaira and Sol the first conquered the latter, and as consequence they become a vassal state of the then-recently unified galaxy.

Anatomy

They have small humanoid bodies with bird-like physiology not much different from penguins. Because of that, they are excellent swimmers.

Like avians, this species lay eggs.
