Dear Diary Vol I

Dear Diary,
Today I saw the strangest thing. I’m only telling you because nobody else will believe me. Can you guess what it was? It was a shadow! I know that sounds normal, but it was a shadow WITHOUT an owner!
I asked my mum about it and she said it’s perfectly normal to see a shadow without an owner. She told me MY shadow even goes off with her shadow friends when I go to sleep. I think she’s just trying to wind me up.
Anyway, moving on from the shadows. My mum told me if I eat too much Spello Jello I’ll lose my mind, but I don’t believe her about that either. She told me some story about a guy named Jack who had too much and now runs around with no control of himself.
With all that off my chest, I’ll write to you tomorrow.
