Shadow People

As I drift off to sleep, I feel a part of me drift away. My shadow.
At night, or while their host is unconscious, shadows are free to do whatever they like. They are able to be seen and are able to talk to other people that they pass. Their only restriction is that they may only go to places their host has been.
