Kinetic Shield Field

A small device worn on the user's wrist. The tool produces a Kinetic Field around the wearer, which prevents objects with high kinetic force from going through, such as bullets. If a bullet traveled into the field, it would stop in place a foot away from the wearer, then fall to the ground once all of its velocity was nullified successfully.
