An explosion was detected just outside of the Department of Tactical Operation HQ. A vehicle exploded due to an "equipment malfunction." Dessy, Hex, and DEF Officers investigate the real cause. As a result from the explosion, it gives the Department of Tactical Operation an excuse to lock-down the city and increase armored patrols.
