Beginning of the sharing of interstellar colonies between the three powers for 100 years marked by the first steps by human beings on a planet outside of their solar system following the signing of a treaty forced upon the other two powers by the CoN due to their discovery of faster than light travel and the refusal to share the technology unless the pact was agreed to.
