Vic
Vic was one of the Creator Gods, previously responsible for the creation of mortals, but more specifically Soul. Unlike the other Creator Gods, Vic is content to explore the land alongside mortals, peddling various wares to his favorite children.

Personal history
At some point before the world existed, Vic, Rufus, and Zima gathered to create it. Vic describes this before time as another world "of little interest", and has been alive across thousands of Storms.
The constant death of his children infuriated Vic, causing him to develop the Lantern vessels, sealing away the best of his mortals in hopes of one day usurping Rufus. Of note, Lalantha the Worldbreaker has been a constant pawn in the battle between Vic and Rufus, eventually resulting in the shattering of Zima, and Vic's ultimate loss.
In the current day, Vic has been sapped of the majority of his power by Rufus, with the mantle of Soul given to one of the other two Creator Gods. Despite this, he possesses some kind of power over the world, likely a combination of residual knowledge and gathered resources -- at least enough to handle Rufus for a brief period of time outside High Rock.
