Dark Academy

Once the Dark Academy was the pinnacle of education for the evilest of evil, the meanest and most despicable of characters, and even some fiends and spirits from the outer planes. Kothar the Unstoppable, Flarg the Unsavory, Belinda the Evil Sorceress half Succubae, Leaner to the Right and Destroyer of the Social Norms, just a few of the famous names to come out of the Dark Academy.   Sadly, it turns out that catering to evil folk alone means you are dealing with evil folk, and their parents, and evil folk view such trivial things as tuition, admission fees, and extracurricular activity costs as beneath their notice, and thus the Dark Academy has had to change their approach to education as the school has begun to languish due to lack of funds. The best and brightest teachers are leaving, and the faculty is in dire need of upgrading and repair, as well as the textbooks and other learning tools.   The solution; bringing in a wider range of students and their more willing to pay a bill when it comes to them families.   Needless to say this has not been received well by the die hard evil members of the school, in some ways causing the school to become even more decrepit despite the influx of funds as some of the original students and staff rebel against this new plan.   But maybe this is just a small rough patch, and Dark Academy is back on the upswing as a premier adventurer’s school.
