Due to its location in the very centre of the Eastern reaches of the empire, and the lack of any pressing natural blockers, the farming industry of Zara spreads for miles around, providing a quantity of grain and other food crops not seen anywhere else in the Five Realms. Vitally important to the empire, the garrison at Zara is comprised of some of the most elite troops the empire can offer.
