Ducal Council

The Dukes of the Five Realms of Man infrequently gather in a council to aid in ruling the realms and keeping peace. For the last decade the Dukes have been sending their advisors to the council instead of attending themselves. Tensions between the realms are high and conflict between the realms seems inevitable.
The Council members are;
