Aqua Pirines

The Aqua Pirines are a special forces group who belong to Freetown and the Pirate Captain of the city and affiliated organisations. It is made up of four sections

• Air Section
• Underwater Section
• Boat Section
• Logistic Section

The Aqua Pirines a very good at small invasions and work well in small groups which can split down into smaller groups and usually consist of a commander, medic, a magic user and language expert. A weaponry expert, helmsperson, sailor and animal handlers are important rolls as well.

Composition

Manpower

Common groups are made of 8 people, which can be split in to 2 fours. For the sailing section it is enough to fit in a gig and have a spare person used for artillery or magic related purposes. This is usually a magic user.
The Air Section usually fit into to two person per animal. Usually a pilot and a magic user or ranged fighter.

Equipment

Pilot Gigs, oars, compass. Magic equipment. Pick locks for certain personal. Medical equipment. survival equipment A combination of melee and ranged weapons, but everyone carries at least a large knife. Rope and material to gag people.

Vehicles

Pilot Gigs, Various other ships owned by the family and a mixture of associate ships and boats.

Tactics

Gigs are commonly used for speedy attacks on ships. These can be hidden as a pilot gig. If dues are not paid or they think the ship or ships contents are worth taking they send a signal to under water members who will attack from underneath. In addition air support can be sent from Freetown to aid in the form of Pegasus.

Formed when Freetown started the Aqua Pirines where formed from a combination of the best Pirate Marries, Fighters, Gig rowers from the varies islands near Freetown.
