The Treaty of the five nations. Is an treaty that was between [Skyhyn (A Elf drow nation), Hakabon (Dragonborn nation), Obalin (Tiefling nation), Uporro (Lizardfolk nation), Hariono Region (Aarakocra nation with high percentage of other species). This treaty was headed by the Gnomes and to end the Shadow War, also known as the Battle for Harino and create peace between these nations. A big part of it is also to organise trade, transport links as well as a agreement to help each other in a time of war.
Some of the main parts of the document is as follows.
- The Nations involved can't go to war with each other without out agreement from another two nations in the treaty.
- If negotiations are needed for disputes between any of the nations, the Gnome will head the meeting.
- If another nation is being invaded and help is needed, the other nations must send help.

History
This was to end the a for mentioned war
During the Year of a Thousand Storms when the Harino region of the East Continent rised up to the sky through year of storms the region surround the Harino Region, now called Shadow Bay (named after the shadow the floating island has over the sea). started to lose important trade and rights of passage. as well destruction to some of the neighbouring towns, cities and supplies. Of course who got blamed for this? The other nations Which included the Drow
Several fleets where sent out to investigate the unusual movement of the Harino Region but cause of the god like happenings the fleets where minimal in size with reports of 2 or 3 ships from the Dragonborn, drow, lizard folk and Tiefling as most sailors where to afraid of the unusual behaver.
During this meeting each size blamed each other excusing each other of either being in cohorts to take there trade away or ruin there neighbouring that. Steel new land for themselves or trying to destroy the world by magic.
Battle got under way and some where sunk because of fire, some cause of water from the island and some got dragged up in a tornado.
It took a few years fighting, killing arguing they started to realise that all there allegations where wrong after seeing a gnomish looking blimp, which looked like it landed on the island. During the week ahead the four species involved started talking to each other about what this blimp was up to. On the 8th day the blimp came down with what appeared to a modification in to more of a ship so it was capable of landing in the sea. In addition several large flying birds came down with locals on board that everyone believed dead. Which was the beginning of the end of the war.
When this group landed the four fleets did consider attacking them but realised one of 3 things they where here from the gods who may have created this floating island, to weak to do damage to them as they only had one ship and a few birds so must be here on peace or must be mad so must be left alone. But in the end they where to stop the war and say they where still alive now they had a way down to the sea surface.
Legacy
The document is still in use today and there is peace between these five nations and a flourishing trade network
