Kaede River
The Kaede River is a large river that predominantly runs through Washū Province. The source is in the mountains of Izumo Province. It is a prehistoric river, formed by meltwater running down from the mountains and carving out its way to the southern sea. It is named for the famed maple forests that line the banks.
