The Blue Abyss

The Blue Abyss (Aoi Shinen) is a vast ocean that lies west of the island Fusō. The teaming, violent waters mean it is difficult to navigate. Explorers that dare brave the opean ocean rarely return. As such, it is common belief in Fusō that nothing lies beyond the Blue Abyss except the edge of the earth.
