Yoshida Okikage
Yoshida Okikage is the kamunushi of Yoshida Shrine in province of Washū. As the head priest, it his inherited duty to oversee the upkeep of the shrine, commune with the kami. The shrine has been in his family's charge for centuries, with Okikage succeeding his father as the kamunushi.
However, he is notorious for neglecting his duties, prefering to drink and seek out revelry, much to the ire of the local villagers in Okukami. He is in the debt of Nakatomi Tomoe, whose funding is responsible for the shrine's maintenance.
