Fluxian
For many years, Fluxers gave little thought to the words they spoke. However, one great philosopher categorized words into phrases, phrases to sentences, sentences to paragraphs, paragraphs to written concepts, then finally concepts to completion. He called the applied materials a "language", which was heavily resisted at first, but ultimately accepted.
Geographical Distribution
This language is spoken world-wide, though written in various forms since magical interference was limited to auditory input.
Phonology
This is an incredibly fascinating conundrum, but since thoughts are automatically translated into recognizable sounds (or other forms of communicative stimuli), there would be no use in adapting one's own vocabulary past its infant stage. Essentially, this means every Fluxer (and Demigod) is likely grunting or whining a bunch of incomprehensible gibberish without even realizing it.
Morphology
This is where things get a bit more complicated (though not really). If one being is only able to see, then the language would be forced to adopt some kind of motion that such a being would understand. Of course, because the speaker is not actually making these movements, it would be more of a hallucination brought on (partly) by the Law of Perception.
Syntax
Naturally there can be no discernible syntax from this universal translation.
