Arthur

Arthur is the skilled halberd man whom Vanessa hired out of Granting to join Ragnar Volaris's newly formed forces, tasked to report any suspicious dealings which he observed there back to her. He never did, though he rose through their ranks relatively quickly and became a man which the troops respected, their opinion of him going so far as to promote him as the most worthy of their number to take the throne. He joined Vanessa, Ragnar, Heimdall, and Rihanna as the only people disallowed from sitting on the Council to Elect the King due to their likelihood to sit on the throne.
