This poor little halfling man is the assistant of Garck, the leader of the Wizards' Enchanting Guild. Though he has been most recently plagued by her newfound fascination with paralyzing him simply to put funny hats on him, it is clear that he has lived with her prankster antics for many years and is merely exasperated at this point.¹
