Victor Jackson the drunk-monk high elf was encountered by the party at their post-Embassy-heist celebration session¹ at The Golden Pipe. He convinced the very inebriated party to accompany him on a heist to obtain some insanely good alcohol from a masquerade party across town, where he proved himself a very competent fighter and liar even when inebriated.
