Notrium

Notrium has only been found on planet E-27. It has been rumored to relieve some of the effects of reality breaking but the mining of it is a morally questionable practice as it often results in the death of the people living on E-27.

The planet's surface is covered in blue dust however the higher concentrations of Notrium is found under the surface and is a cobalt blue metal.

Physical & Chemical Properties

Long exposure to Notrium dust can be extremely dangerous, it irritates skin directly exposed to it. Inhale the substance and your lungs feel as if they are on fire.

History & Usage

Everyday use

Notrium is used by @organization to reduce the effects of reality breaking on a person as well as have some side effects on the body. No consistent pattern has been found so far as to what the side effects do; some give people strength while others make them smarter. It requires a careful process to insert the Notrium in the body, one that @organization has kept hidden.

Environmental Impact

Mining this material causes the planet to react violently. It can commonly cause the entire planet ot shake, harming any inhabitants. It is also known to cause dust storms that can plague the planet for several days.

Distribution

Trade & Market

@organization has a monopoly on all Notrium. They have high levels of security regulating everyone who comes and goes to E-27, making it extremely difficult to steal. They do not sell it to those outside of the founding clan.

Law & Regulation

Currently there is a conflict of whether or not the mining of Notrium should continue.
