Carrion (a.k.a. Black Crow; Picker; Junkyard)
Carrion wanted nothing more in life than to keep busy and be left alone. He lived most of his life as a junk hauler and salvager - spending more time in his ship hurling through the emptiness of space than he ever did in Hephaestus. Circumstances now deny him solitude, but it's fine - he has a job to do.
Some time ago, Carion was aiming to salvage a long-hauler whose distress signal placed it well outside of navigable deep-space. How did it get there? It was clearly a suicide salvage with unknown rewards - but it was one he felt drawn to. Although no one believes the story, Carion insists he made it to the derelict ship and discovered something incredible and terrifying. His story at this point causes him a lot of trouble. Every time he's described what he found, why he left or how he got back, the details are wildly different. Taking the hint, Carion's stopped talking about it, but he's desperate to get back there.
This time, he'll bring help, and witnesses.

Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Tall and lean. Always wears a dark flight suit and rarely removes his helmet.
Determined, resourceful and pugnacious, Carrion is of single mind and focus. Incapable of multi-tasking, he sets his aim on his desire and pursues it ruthlessly. This focus helps him in his charge but also blinds him to risks outside his view.
