Granddaughter of Old Lucy Luckstone, Tara is one of the more... volatile gang leaders of the Luckstone Family. Growing up in the shadows of a far more canniving, clever, and passive grandmother, Tara leans in the direction of the reckless.
While this puts her at odds with most of the Luckstone Family, she's very popular with the younger generation and is seen as a rising star in the underground.

A series of piercings; snakebites in the lips, a line of helix rings along their left ear, one through the right eyebrow.
On top of that, she's got a tattoo of a snake covering most of her left arm.

Tends to dress in a looser version of the suits popular with the upper classes- an open dark blue trenchcoat, matching trousers with burgundy suspenders, and a half-open button up shirt being a go-to.
