Capitol of Patriam Manus, Fréthahnt

Fréthahnt is a fortress turned metropolis named after King Fréthahnt, the ancient elfen king who began its construction in 500 BTC and completed it in 3 ATC during the waning years of ancients, making this the last shard of that once mighty kings army and people.
The former Citadel consisted of a massive fortified fortress that provided surface access to miles and miles of defensive granite corridors, tunnels, and hallways that wound their way under the hills the metropolis sits on. The metropolis houses up to 60,000 people in relative comfort, though less than a third of that number are usually present.

Demographics

The town is split into 2 settlement groups, the nobels consisting of the Gold Kobolds and Humans of the North.
The metropolis people being the green, grey and red orcs, the Hairfoots, Silver, Copper and Brass Kobolds aswell as some Humans of the South and East.

Government

A Theocracy with the state being the highest authority in all of Patriam manus, the head council sitting the main fortress of the metropolis.
Patriam manuses most influential people, both military and political having there residents set in the walls of the citadel.

Defences

The City has miles of defensive granite corridors, tunnels, and hallways aswell as archery slots in the citadells walls and canons atop the towers and walls to the left and right.
