While only 10 percent are made into jewelry.   The remaining 30 percent of the yearly Ignasteel supply is used by gods to create god shackles   Ignasteel has an innate power that it can cause while combined with divination magic, able to enhance spells if the user is proficient enough with his crafting skills.

Igniasteel is normally found in secluded pockets deep near forest mountains, its only predominant hive of more than one pocket in one place would be among, the fast looted holes in Inernitus and the Northeast mines of Vindicta

Ignasteel by itself can lose its consistency if tempered or combined with less rich, fake Ignasteel, for example enhanced magic items deteriorate in a monthly measure, 1 month less per spell-level most alchemists say. As it were, it's believed that Ignasteel magic items can last roughly 5 years.
