The Realm of Libertas

Libertas, the realm of arcane wonders, hosts official magic institutions. Veiled in gray and blue grass, resonating with magic, it sees towering trees, evolving fauna, and flora. Cities tethered to the ground but afloat, combat jungles 5-20 meters above. Smaller towns find refuge within. Two Void sand lakes cradle cities above the black seas. The land features icy peaks, mostly cold, with one water-engulfed region, revered as a worship site—where rain and water exist abundantly.

Ruling Dominon

Libertas is divided into 3 regions, each governed by a Head of State or a group of individuals who are voted into position or take it by force. The realms and their inhabitants scheme or fight their way to the top to reach its heights and rule above the weak, instead of a Celesital Body, the realm is lit by the Glowing Radiance of the Magic symbols that allow the great Sky cities to float at day emitting a blue cold light and at night a grimm red light.
