Codex Ouranicus

The Codex Ouranicus is an ancient and holy work in which lieth writ the sacred texts of the Holy Ouranic Church. This tome, a treasury of divine wisdom, doth cleave in three, each part a luminous facet of the truth celestial. The first, yclept the Mythoi in the Eknon tongue, the birthing of the cosmos and the deeds of gods and heroes. The Axiomata, lays bare the intent behind the most wise jurisprudence of the Ten Judges of Ator, whilst the Ius Ouranicum, the codification of Ator's law, guides the faithful on the path of virtue.

Though these sacred words, borne on the wings of memory, once flitted from mouth to ear, as the Fourth Age progressed, they were at length, by pious hands, gathered and etched upon scrolls of vellum. Thus was the Ouranic holy canon wrought, a monument to the unflagging devotion of those who walk the lawful path.
