The Celestial Recusants seek vengeance against the gods and all higher beings (or in their terms, 'the Formless'), as they believe that all mortals were created as 'playthings' for the deities' entertainment. They accept anyone from any background, as they believe all mortals are equal with a common enemy.

History

The organisation was founded soon after the discovery of the Southern Boundary. It quickly gained a large following once all four boundaries had been discovered.
