Fèáng

Fèángs are units of currency used in Zhuangshuhe. While most civilisations use physical currency such as coins, Fèángs are entirely intangible. All Zhuangshuhean citizens are branded with a small mark on their left wrist. This mark is imbued with magic, and therefore able to keep track of one's balance. Fèángs are earned through actions of loyalty, and act as a signifier of social standing as well as currency. An act against authority would result in a harsh fine and likely imprisonment.
