Structure

Oas is maintained by five individuals known as 'Anchors'. Each Anchor is responsible for a district within the country. Yaoac Talma maintains the country's capital district, Okaula.

Culture

Oas is a militaristic nation with bruised pride. It used to control vast swathes of the Fractured Realm, especially in Aeis Alhru and Dōnaru. Now, the nation controls only a small patch of land hidden behind a mountain range.
