Portoelcan Convocation

Structure

The Convocation consists of six members: three spellcasters and their familiars. Each member is assigned six individuals to help them with running the country. These are typically high-ranking military officials, wealthy citizens or renowned scholars, and are known as the Portoelcan Foundation. This means that overall there are thirty-six individuals running the country of Portoelco.

Public Agenda

The Convocation seeks to keep the country running as smoothly as possible, and includes familiars to please inhabitants of the Spirit Realm.
