Portozuelan Committee

Structure

The Committee consists of five Rogue Familiars from a variety of backgrounds. Together they govern the country of Portozuelo.

Culture

Rogue Familiars are seen as incredibly important in Portozuelo and no other type of being may attempt to join the Committee. If a Familiar is found to have a living companion, they will be arrested (and under some circumstances banished from the country).
