Rootspeak

Rootspeak, also referred to as the language of the trees, is used primarily by Inulus cultures. It is a quasi-telepathic or empathic language, in that it is communicated without the use of words or gestures. Instead, the speaker conveys general emotions, opinions and attitudes to the listener. This is all performed via the complex root system of the Viccita, and the language is unable to be communicated in areas devoid of these roots.
